MEET SHARONDA

Sharonda Ware brings a rare level of real estate expertise shaped by her tenure with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where she worked directly in real estate operations at the federal level. During her service, she supervised a team of federal employees and contractors responsible for managing covert and special overt properties within the FBI’s national real estate portfolio.

Her role included negotiating and executing new and renewing leases, supporting acquisition and disposal strategies, and overseeing industrial, office, flex, and residential properties. She managed construction buildouts, space acceptance, inspections, site surveys, and capital improvement projects, while coordinating closely with leadership across the Department of Justice, GSA, IT, and investigative divisions to meet complex operational objectives.

This experience gives Sharonda a deep understanding of how real estate decisions are evaluated when risk, compliance, timelines, and long-term strategy matter. She is skilled at navigating multiple stakeholders, reviewing space plans and requirements, and anticipating issues before they become costly delays, capabilities that directly translate to stronger advocacy and smoother transactions for her clients.

In addition to her professional expertise, Sharonda personally experienced a federally directed relocation when her position was transferred from FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. to Huntsville, Alabama. She understands firsthand the pressures that come with relocation—tight timelines, unfamiliar markets, and the need to make confident decisions quickly.

As a licensed broker and former federal real estate professional, Sharonda is uniquely positioned to guide relocating clients through vendor coordination, housing strategy, and local market navigation. She also brings transparency to the relocation process, including educating clients on their ability to select their own real estate representation—an important consideration given the substantial referral fees often embedded in third-party relocation services.

For clients relocating for federal service, defense contracting, or other mission-driven roles, Ware Real Estate offers informed guidance grounded in real experience. Sharonda Ware has managed real estate at an institutional level and understands what it means to make high-stakes decisions under pressure—making her a trusted consultant for clients who value preparation, discretion, and strategic insight.
